Photography, budget ranges, and project descriptions are illustrative; every engagement is scoped and priced individually in a written agreement.

All drawings, renderings, specifications, images, and other design deliverables prepared by Linebuds Creative remain the intellectual property of Linebuds Creative. On full payment of fees, the client receives a licence to use the deliverables for the construction, use, and maintenance of the specific project they were prepared for. Deliverables may not be reused on other properties, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

Clients contract directly with their builder, trades, and suppliers. Warranties on products, plant material, and installation are provided by those parties. Linebuds Creative provides design services and design oversight only and is not the constructor of the work.
